Motivated workers will blow past IT roadblocks

You can throw up all the roadblocks you want, but users have the means to blow right past them and you're better off putting your energy into finding great sanctioned tools people want to use instead.

File hosting services like Dropbox is very useful depending on what kind of Job. If job doesn't requires much security an back up, Dropbox is good since it can be used though mobile devices. But if the business requires only a private network and doesn't want to have leak or a great security is necessary, IT tools is more reliable.
