1) CRM, Project management, Helpdesk and Accounting are the categories getting more traction among SMBs.
2) More enquiries regarding data migration (from legacy systems) and data synchronization between applications (“cloud to ground” and “cloud to cloud”)
3) Strong demand for single sign-on for multiple SaaS apps
