Privacy and Flash Cookies

For years, most people have heard about the privacy risk of cookies and that it is good practice to remove them after surfing the internet. Now, instead of just cookies, there is Flash cookies which most users do not know about and, consequently, do not know how to remove them. Flash cookies has not been as well publicized as regular cookies, but they can have the same effect on privacy and security.

Years ago I used to manually clear cookies every day. My new Windows 7 computer doesn't seen to want me to be able to. I'd rather re-enter passwords & start fresh, but apparently Microsoft is in love with cookies. If I could, I'd clear all of 'em like I used to. I only like the edible kind!
