Important post Beatrice, I agree that web accessibly is not something any of us give enough thought to, myself included! I've recently had the pleasure of working with people behind Kanchi, their focus is on making the disability business case and they've been extremely successful in doing so. Visit their site: http://www.kanchi.org for a really great example of truly accessible website.
