It's a big shocking to get that first weekly report because we somehow trick ourselves into thinking we're 'working' when we do not have strict deadlines for tasks and end up flitting around way too much on any given day. "Hi Heather, Thanks for the kind words - much appreciated! I recommend using Rescue Time (free software) to tell you what sites you are spending time on and how long you're spending on those sites, and they send you a report at the end of the week. This is usually a SHOCKER to folks because they see how much time they're wasting on social media instead of working. Also, outsourcing some tasks is very affordable if you have that option.
