How To Handle A Bad Day By Making The Most Out Of It
"How do I handle a bad day? Simple, I get out and beat someone up.... :) just kidding! Although, I do feel like beating someone up. I know violence is not the answer but the feeling of inflicting all your pain into someone else' is somewhat alluring for some of us (being honest here) But honestly, I handle my bad days by getting out of the house, taking a run, swim or do some workouts. Any physical activity helps me get through the bad days. "
