Thank you, Val. It is crazy. I think about these hackers and all of the time and energy they focus into destruction and it's really nuts. Definitely stay on your toes. Unfortunately there are bad guys (and gals) out there who obviously have nothing better to do than to bug us. :)"
Great question, Martin. I think, in business, at least, getting a book, blog, or product to be good enough (for us recovering perfectionists) is the important first step. Too many of my coaching clients use perfectionism as an excuse to procrastinate. ;) So, getting your training out there HELPING people is the part I have to focus on for them. But, yes, it isn't an excuse to put out junk. Just a push to know that you can't help people if your training is sitting on your hard drive, hidden from the world. Thanks for the comment. "
Kelly, I think it's doing it at your desk that's the worst offender. For instance, I like to drink my coffee in bed and check email on my phone while waking up. As long as I know I can spent X minutes doing that, then get to work, it's usually ok. Except... when I get an email that then becomes an emergency. Which can suck me away from money tasks. That's a problem. "
