That’s true. It’s always a shame when you see a great piece of content that hasn’t been optimised enough for Google to be able to understand what the author is intending the post to be about. It doesn’t take long and can make all the difference to how Google sees the post. Thanks very much for the feedback and comment Heather!"
Adam Good list of points. It's always tough when you find a small business owner throwing money into their business to keep it afloat - effectively buying themselves a job rather than building a sustainable business. Equally it's great to be able to help those that realise and reach out for help."
Hi Heather Yes, that's very true. Taking another racing theme it's no good being an "also ran" - running in the race but never really troubling the leaders. If the market is too big with too many competitors keep making it smaller until you can, either by refining your niche or finding new angles. Thanks for the feedback and comment."
Yes, that's a great point Dar9. It's very important to take feedback, and not always formally. Some customers are put off by questionnaires. From time to just pick up the phone or email some customers and ask how your products and services are being used and if they are solving peoples problems - you'll often not only be encouraged but find ways to improve and great ideas for new content :-) I'll have a follow up article next week on how to create a superior customer experience. Thanks for your comment!"
