Revolutionize The Way You Write With These Easy-peasy Tips
"Hey thanks for taking the time to comment! I’ve been blogging for near four years now on and off and in different incarnations. However I’ve only been blogging here for the last four months. To answer your questions regarding small business owners: I would suggest they first consider the overall goal they’d like to meet with their blog. For example, do they want to generate some passive income? Will they be using a blog to generate more leads and clients, or will the blog be an extension of the business, to provide updates to their established community? With a solid goal in mind, it’s then much easier to plan a strategy around the types of content they’ll be writing. They can then focus on creating that content and making it as valuable to their readers as they possibly can, while still moving toward their end goal. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to drop me email if you’d like to know anything else."20 Top Feminine WordPress Themes To Feed Your Creativity - Stacey Corrin
"Hi Heather, you pose really interesting question there. I think ultimately it comes down to what your blogging goal is. For example a business blog may be more inclined to go for a design that's easier for the audience to use and which reflects the readers expectations of the brand. A creative blogger however, may want to really put across their personality - what makes them different and unique because it's reflected in their work. Ultimately I think it's about balance and really knowing your audience. "Top 20 Free and Premium WordPress Portfolio Themes
"Hi Heather. Thanks for your comment! A lot of the time it comes down to personal taste. I like a theme that offers something a bit different from what's already out there. To really make a website stand out, I believe it needs a wow factor and if it can't do that purely with the content on offer, then the look and feel of the site can go a long way to achieving it. I'm a WordPress theme addict so I'm constantly searching the net for those little gems that are easily over-looked. For Premium Themes, I regularly check Theme Forest and the many other theme repositories out there for the latest and newest themes. I also make sure to check under the lesser known headings such as 'experimental' and 'creative'. Subscribing to blogs that specifically cater to WordPress theme users, is also a great way of staying up to date with both Premium and free themes. Maybe I should create my own blog on the subject!"« previous1 next »

You Are Not A Sheep: Start Doing What Matters - Stacey Corrin
"Actually Martin I do, and I wrote about them in my latest article. It’s a managed WordPress hosting company called Pressidium. What they’re offering customers is something the industry simply doesn’t have. This puts them in an awkward position whereby they’ll need to change the way people think about hosting in order to succeed. I think this is extremely brave and is a perfect example of a group of people doing what they’re passionate about, despite the difficulties they may face."
