Turning Interview Notes into A Blog Post
"Thank you for the feedback and kind words. Yes, I also I agree with you that interviewees become immersed in telling their story and should be left alone to talk. Recently, I made the mistake of asking questions to a subject while he was giving me his notes on a blog post. My questions did cause his flow to stop, and he noticeably was rattled when I would interrupt. At that point, I decided it would be best to just shut my mouth and listen.... In fact, if you have employees at all, you can't really manage them without having in depth policies, social media is no different.
