"I don't like people who condemns other people works without even doing research before condemning. Your explanation is totally wrong, and you don't explain like a professional :). Google analytic was the people that invented the code. now here is how the code works; Normally if a visitor visits your blog without visiting other pages, it will be considered as bounce (even if the user spends time on your site). Now what this code those is, if a user spend more than 15 second on your blog before leaving, it won't be considered as bounce anymore. The code was designed by Google analytic and not me or any other... Google analytic, alexa and webstat, they all have different statistic of your site bounce rate.
