Hey Martin! Good to see you again. I personally think that "perfect" is relative and always a moving, growing target. But using the tactics that Angela talks about in the article, I believe you can improve segment specific campaigns to as close to perfect as possible. For a specific instance, I would probably point to one of our clients - Provide Commerce. They are the parent company for Pro Flowers, Shari's Berries, and Red Envelope. They wanted to put together a special campaign for the military community. We worked with them for the Veterans Day holiday.
