There is a fine line between unique, attractive and professional. And very few web designers get it right, and normally hold back in their design. But I think it does more damage than help. Apple and I are Friends Again: An iPhone Saga
"Hi Duncan Thanks for your feedback. This whole process did make me feel a little silly. But while I was using the Motorola, I really missed my iPhone. The motorola battery died very quickly, and was a lot harder to use. I guess Apple has a unique product, which is why they can treat their customers badly, and create huge obstacles for international travellers like this. :)"
