"Absolutely Tcamba. Facebook leaves no stone unturned to monetize their platform. Apart from the lookalike audience mentioned above, they also have something called a custom audience, where you can target people with your Facebook ads by uploading a database of email ids, phone numbers and app ids. Once you have uploaded this list, Facebook encrypts this data to match with theirs and thus you get your custom audience. You can now target these people with your ads. The lookalike audience is almost like a 'clone' of the custom audience. You already know what interests your custom audience.
