"Ivan: Thanks for your reply. Have you read The Thank You Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk? Text from the book page on Amazon: "Now customers' demands for authenticity, originality, creativity, honesty, and good intent have made it necessary for companies and brands to revert to a level of customer service rarely seen since our great-grandparents' day, when business owners often knew their customers personally, and gave them individual attention." "Andy Bailey's solution is spot on: focus on what is important to you and your business and be able to say no to stuff that is not that important. I am developing my personalized kanban worfklow system with the help of the Eisenhower matrix (do first that is urgent and important, schedule things that are less urgent but important, delegate things that are urgent, but less important, and don't do stuff that are neither urgent, nor important.)"Subscribe

When Was The Last Time You Cleaned Up Your Connections?
"Jenn: I am stuck in the Twitter follow limit as you describe as follows: "It’s also worth noting that once you are following 2000 people on Twitter, you hit the magic wall. At this point you have to have a certain ratio of followers to following. Basically, you can’t follow 2000 people and only have 100 following you. My understanding is that once you hit the magic number, you can have no more than 10 percent more following than followers – so if you have 2000 followers, you are allowed to follow 2200 people. With Twitter implementing these restrictions, it’s very important that you aren’t following too many people and jeopardizing your ability to make new connections." I am following 4372 tweeps at the moment, but I only have 3968 followers. Do you know about any good tool for cleaning up in an effective and efficient way? I want to follow you, but I can't at the moment! :("
