Here is an update to my post: I learned from the thread ("Will the Shoppybag email scam be able to get my personal information from my stored emails?") on the Google help forum that you could revoke a third-party access to your email contacts by going to your personal settings and then click on the link to "Change authorized websites" and you will see a list of websites with an "Authorized Access to your Google Account.""
Yoni, I like the real deal too, the smell of an antique book, turning the pages, making notes in the margin, highlighting things, etc. The thing is that the e-book reader and the iPad are getting there in the experience, plus some additional features like hyperlinks, interactive stuff, etc. It is also an economical thing regarding space and money. It is great to have several pieces of your favorite reading material in one place, instead of carrying around plenty of books. I haven't checked the price comparison, but I think you could save money by reading on e-book reader or listening to audio books. "
