My Top 6 Podcasting Pet Peeves
"Tristan Higbee: Do you have a podcast? I am sorry that I haven't been able to get rid of all your pet peeves! ;) I am struggling with my irregular posting schedule, but my goal is to come back on the right track in the near future! :) I am testing with having longer interviews (about 1 hour) once a month and then have shorter podcast sessions in between, during the month. It is a lot of work to schedule guests, prepare for the interview, writing show notes after the show, etc. But I am not giving up! ;)"Tweet, tweet: tweaks to Twitter!
"As for now, I will stick with the old design because I like to read dark letters on white background, compared with the new background with light colored bio text. I like that Twitter is trying to come up with new tweaks and updates on a regular basis. I would like to see more of personalization regarding searches, tips on who to follow, historical data, etc."Business Owners - Stop Being Scared of Social Media
"Could it be that some business owners are being scared of social media, due to the fact that it is a double-edged sword? If you don't know why you are in business, how would you participate in social media activities? I think that many business owners are reacting as Heather Stone is saying. They only want to use media as one-way channel, like a megaphone, because that is how they have been taught marketing in the past. My mission is to spread better ideas regarding business philosophy and new media, by focusing on having a conversation on the trader principle. We should have an exchange of products and services on a free market. The use of social media could facilitate this process and improve the supply and value chain."Subscribe

Will the real target market please stand up? - Malla Haridat
"Malla Haridat, I can resonate with your statement: "It’s one of the big questions I am grappling with now. Who do I really serve? And how do I demonstrate the value that I offer?" I have been struggling with this for some time. I have to become better to package the different services that I can offer. It is easy as a social media evangelist to start talking meta stuff, without first listening to that the potential clients really want. "
