Content Marketing Podcast 37: Busting the Myths Around Viral Content
"Hi Heather, Thanks for your comment. Great question -- I guess my definition of a viral video as "one that gets jillions of views on YouTube" isn't very scientific, is it? :-) On further reflection, I would say that truly viral content is content that delivers a large quantity of views, shares, etc., while the quality of that exposure, in terms of reaching your target audience, may or may not be there. Marketers who are "chasing the viral Holy Grail" are obsessing over getting in front of as many eyeballs as possible without consideration to how their activity will benefit them in the long run. Hope that helps, and thanks again for the question!"Best Time to Post on Facebook
"Hey, Martin, thanks for posting your question. Timing your posts can definitely be a challenge if your audience spans multiple time zones. The best way to handle this is to try some good old A/B testing: post at different times and chart the results to see which slots work best for you."Subscribe
