"I don't think it's technically the scheduling of posts that's against the TOS. Instagram has no mechanism in their API to allow app builders to offer people the ability to schedule posts. So the way services have been getting around that is that you give them your log-in credentials and they log in on your behalf to post the photo at the scheduled time.
