"Susan, Chilling out is definitely a good strategy from time to time. I think the balance is in finding something that works and "letting it ride." I used to paint. I would get the canvas looking pretty good. then I would start adding a bit more paint here...a drop there. Then it was too much in one place. I kept adding. And ruining it.
