With all the forms of communication that are out there why have we forgotten about the power of a handwritten note for our business? When it’s a family member’s birthday don’t we take the time to write a little personal note in the card for them? Well, why don’t we do that in business for those that matter? Maybe, because it’s not the norm anymore or we think it’s more professional to send a well written letter or email.
