Lol. I think that hourly rate is somewhere around what I charge and more than I earn (not sure of exchange rate).

I live in Ireland and the last two years have been a remarkable change. It is so fashionable to save, to be frugal and even to be broke. Two years ago people were going out of their way to spend money and to do so as obnoxiously as possible. What a difference a minor economic depression makes.

I don't mean to repeat myself, but the only thing my dad liked as much as finding money on the ground was using coupons - especially for lunch. In his 80's he had a stash of "borrowed" restaurant marmalade that filled a large bowl in the kitchen.
