This is definitely a topic copywriters should be discussing more often. The fight against gender bias is not just a matter of political correctness but of business necessity. More importantly though, it represents the realities of the world in which we live. Writers who fail to consider these issues in their copy not only run the risk of offending clients and potential customers but reflect a false image of the business world that grows more antiquated with each passing day.
