If you're from the U.S., try this link:

http://adsolutions.yp.com/advertise-with-us?utm_source=YPR_(direct)_home_main_1063&utm_campaign=YPR_(direct)&utm_medium=YPR_(none)&utm_term=YPR_

Or if that doesn't work, go to http://www.yellowpages.com/?re=yp and click on "Advertise with Us" at the top of the page.

Both will bring you to a YP page that says "Get Your Free Listing" on it. Clicking on the link won't work for us because we're in Canada, but maybe it'll work for you.

Otherwise, have a search in Google (or another browser) for "yellow pages." We'd be willing to bet that there's at least one popular provider that allows people to create a listing for free.
