In order to find out, we asked a panel of entrepreneurs from the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) the following question:
“Is having an unlimited vacation policy a good idea? Why or why not?”

It's definitely a tough question to answer. I would say, though, that I prefer a universal policy — one approach for everyone in the company. At the most basic level, it keeps the paperwork easier to manage.

Really interesting info covered in your post. I don't necessarily think that a unlimited vac policy is a good idea. I would base it on each individual employee and they're work performance.
