Good to know though unfortunately a sign of tough economic times. With the real estate market being in the state it is, there are bound to be opportunities. However, don't forget that not all businesses need a physical location. Commercial property is another fixed cost, so if there is a way your small business or startup can do without one, at least in the beginning, it's something to think about.
