Did you write your New Year’s Resolutions for 2012? I don’t really believe in resolutions. But I believe in goals. And habits. Lasting personal change could only be accomplished if you develop the right habits. The truth is, we don’t usually have the right habits. And so, our personal goals are not met, and we become frustrated at ourselves over our inability to change! Unless, you acquire new habits, you won’t be able to let go of your bad habits.
