Joel: I haven't heard about Curves until now. Do you they have franchisers in Europe? The wellness industry is huge and here in Scandinavia the competition is tough between the different gym chains and small independent training studios. You have seen a bit of consolidation, e.g., SportLife into Nordic Wellness.

The big trend now is that you don't go to the gym with machine, you do outdoor training and simple indoor training, e.g., Army / Military Fitness and CrossFit.
