These are good tips. I particularly like the one about taking some time off, especially when you are working too hard. Stepping away and taking a fresh look at the situation can help uncover issues and find solutions.

In addition to this you also need to do systematic triage of the business and understand what could be wrong. The problems could be coming from any of the areas - product, marketing, competition and so on. It is only by taking a critical look at the business and understanding the root cause will you be able to find solution and turn the ship around.
