Last week, whilst delivering a conflict management training course, in oxford, I was asked the following question, by one of the delegates.
The delegate, a lady in her thirties, and a team leader asked me, “How can I manage poor performance in people who are, at the same time, my friends, and my subordinate colleagues?”
