A great post with some great ideas Amy. A thank you goes a long way and your tips are even better than just a thank you. I hope some bosses take heed. Thank you - on behalf of employees everywhere :)

Hi Sian,

Indeed - Amy composed a great post that (hopefully) will slap some bosses in the head (I am an employer, too - and I got my head slapped reading the post on my own blog - lol!)
