Engaging your employees or channel partners takes a whole lot more than simply rewarding them for results or recognizing them when you "catch them in the act" of behaving well.
So why are there so many "experts" that would have you believe that rewards alone are the key driver to building an enduring, positive relationship with your most important stakeholders?
The answer is simple: They are probably trying to "sell" you something.
Take a pause to consider what it really takes to achieve your desired goal. When you do, you will realize that gambling on gift cards to deliver loyalty is a fool's bet...
I love rewards too…but it takes more to engage your employees & channel…
