Many people say that you should always try to have “a positive attitude”.
But what does that actually mean?
And how would you go about creating and sustaining a positive attitude?
And why is it so good to “think positive”?
Isn’t it simply naive and childish to “think positive” in situations that are negative?
Wouldn’t it be more realistic, and safer, to “think negative”?
Could it be that “thinking positive” is the worst thing you could do?
