Many companies conduct annual employee surveys to understand what their people are really feeling. Sadly, many leaders fail to apply the lessons learned from these exercises, which is actually worse than not conducting the survey in the first place.
But for organization leaders who do try and implement survey findings, there's a further problem to deal with.
