It's hard being fired or laid off from a job that you actually enjoy. I've never been fired from a job that I actually wanted to stay doing so I can't say that I've experienced the heartbreak that some employees do. Thanks for sharing this insightful piece with our community.

Exactly my mind but firing someone who has contributed a lot to a company without rewarding the person for those years he or she has worked is another heart breaking.
