I will check out: Been There, Run That, Getting There: A Book of Mentors, and People Over Profit: Break the System. Live with Purpose. Be More Successful.

For the record: I don't see any contradiction in profit and engage with business people in a free system. If you have sound business principles, purpose is a virtue and that will lead to success in the long run.
