Cecil - The last one hits the nerve of many employees. A good leader must recognize the contribution of his / her employees and encourage and help them develop their skills and talent further. It is a basic human need to be recognized for your effort and contribution. The troublesome part is it doesn't cost much time and money to leader to do this and yet many of them fail at this miserably.
