These are great tips. In additional to these tactical approaches it also helps to look at the strategic direction of your business and see if there is anything fundamental that you need to change. May be the customer demand has shifted and you are still stuck on the old ways. Probably the new competitor is offering superior services and eating your lunch. These are just examples, but taking a step back and shifting your strategic priorities can help re-energize the business too.
