In a hostile job market where just 6 in 10 Millennials have a job, half of which are part-time, this type of recruiting is easy. Companies are constantly flooded with job applications from a large pool of talented experienced Millennials who are already underpaid or working part-time. No wonder Generation Y's median net worth fell 37 percent between 2005 and 2010.
