I commented on your post, Innovation Management Helps Make Your Idea Reality (December 20, 2011), that I would show that post to my friend, Stig Ottosson, author of Frontline Innovation Management – Dynamic Product and Business Development. Here is an excerpt from the description of his book:
"In short the practical work and research has led us to the conclusion that, independent of the product and/or business to be developed, clear advantages are gained using dynamic methods instead of the old classical/traditional ones taught and used generally. Examples of such advantages are lower failure risk, shorter time to market, less money and effort, better solutions reached, etc."
