Martin - Excellent point. My personal favorite is delegation. By delegating non-essential tasks you will be able to focus on the important ones and be more productive.

Elli: I can relate to this issue! ;) I think the missing piece in my workflow, is to get a specific time (once a week), to go through things, like a weekly overview. Do you have a tip on how to integrate this routine?
