Many people ask, “How can I be a better leader?”

One false theory is that, “leaders are born, not made”.
This implies that there is a gene for leadership.

The truth is, behaviours are “learned behaviours”. And leadership is a complex adult behaviour. Therefore leadership is a learned behaviour.

You have a twin task:

1. To learn what the behaviours common to all great leaders are, and apply those behaviours to yourself.

2. Learn; what are the behaviours are most common to all non-leaders, and to remove them off your list.

How would you do that? If you want to know please read on……………….

Chris: Thank you very much for your tips! I appreciate it very much! Have you heard about the Sleep Cycle and Sleep Genius app?

Chris: I like you saying: "sleep faster"! ;) I usually sleep around 6 hours per night day. Sometimes less than that and then catching up later on my sleep. Do you have tips on developing a sound sleep cycle? Are you into power naps?

Yes I am into power naps. 40 minutes in the afternoon. Tips for sound sleep cycle: don't watch TV for 1 hour before bed, instead read yourself to sleep with a good (non work) book. Try to go to bed about the same time every nights.
