We had Newtonian physics (F=ma) in the 18thC, Einsteinian physics (E-mc2) briefly in the 20thC, now they're searching for the "string theory"/"theory of everything" because Einstein was proven wrong (not completely right) by Max Plank soon after he brought out his ideas in the 1st half of the 20thC. It seems the immutable laws of physics can indeed be "mutable" if all the facts aren't in. But we ain't got nuttin' better, so we use what we got!
