Clutter creates chaos, disorder, and inefficiency in both your professional and personal life. Having worked in senior management in multi-national organizations for 20 years, I have witnessed all the tricks of the trade when it comes to looking busy. Many people describe their spaces as “organized chaos”, but in reality, it’s mostly just chaos, which can negatively affect those around you and increase your own stress levels.

I have come across providers such as Regus etc. where you rent the space whenever you like by walking into one of their facilities - is that what you are referring to ?

Robbie: Yes, Regus is one of the more traditional type of office space. What I have seen are business clusters being created in co-working spaces in an organic way.

I do Lyceum. That process started 10 years ago with the advent of working from home becoming more prevalent but I know in Ireland shared office space is becoming the norm and with cloud based technology proving to be very robust auditors need to start catching up with industry norms when it comes to storing documentation. The demands on the storage of "relevant" paperwork needs to be overhauled in my opinion. In the meantime I will continue to offer a solution which provides the convenience necessary.I have also been networking with a guy who is working on a new business where companies would share their buildings with conventional companies occupying the office space and facilities and Internet based businesses occupying the office space at night. I am not sure if Ireland is ready for it but office space will become tight again in Dublin as business starts to show its teeth again.

Robbie Norton: Sounds like a great idea. Have you heard about the co-working spaces that have a very flexible office time schedule?

Yes, it is. Do you think that solution will be mobile workstations in the future?
