Great post! Sometimes I wonder, though, if there isn't another group--managers who have absolutely no idea how powerful their observations, words, criticisms are, because they have no concept of the threat they present to employees, mainly the threat of possible firing. These managers wield power blindly, but it has the same alienating effect on employees. Sad. Anyway, thanks for the submission.
