According to an Ink from Chase and NAWBO survey, 54% of women said they found work-life balance challenging. Darla Beggs, the national president of NAWBO, wants women business owners to stop trying to achieve perfection. Instead, they should feel comfortable making personal choices about the individual paths they choose to follow toward success.
