Thank you, Martin. One key challenge is a competency gap. With a smaller staff, it may be more challenging to have the employee skills, and know-how to execute the critical steps identified in the road map.

Thank you, Martin! I see the benefits and the process of a road map to be the same for large and small companies. The difference, I would say, is the challenge in the actual execution of the road map for a small business owner.
