Where can I find leadership training courses?

On our leadership training courses we often ask people to distinguish between two concepts that are similar, but not the same.

Why?

Because the better we can make accurate judgements between what is “good” and what is not, the better off we will all be.

Here are some examples of these important distinctions:

1. Leader v manager
2. Funny v silly
3. Criticism v insult
4. Fact v opinion
5. Reason v excuse (for not doing something)
6. Busy work v productive work
7. Motivation by fear v motivation by desire
