Private exchanges offer a new way for US employers to provide employer-sponsored benefits that many will find advantageous. In fact the percentage of US employers considering offering a private exchange for active and/or retired employees has tripled in the past year to 56%.

Hi Ryan,

Interesting and timely information given the latest announcement from the Obama administration that exchanges scheduled to be set up by the feds will be delayed by at least a year. Perhaps there's a better way to get the job done.
