WHY?
Everyone loves that question!
WHY? has created a famous Japanese management theory called “5Why?”
Developed by Sakichi Toyoda and was later used at Toyota.
BUT: we have a problem!
“Why?” is ambiguous.
It has two very different meanings.
All ambiguous words are potentially a cause of confusion and error.
So the question WHY? needs to be made clear and distinct in order to be employed correctly.
To avoid confusion and serious error; you must know how to ask the more accurate form of the question.

On the other hand, when asked "Why are we here?" Comic Professor Irwin Corey said: "You have actually asked 2 questions" - "Are we here? Yes!"; "Why...is a question that has plagued mankind since the beginning..." (You don't know how many years I've been holding onto this - since the '60's!)
